Beer at lunch + having a cold = less than ideal workout

If you have ever gone to the Library Alehouse in Santa Monica and had the Oatmeal Stout, you would understand why I could not possibly go there and not partake. It was really good. What was not so good is having a cold at the same time and then trying to workout after the workday.

 Not my finest performance. But as it was my last beer in a long, long while, it was worth it. :)

 Probably not very motivational :)

    I hear you! It tastes sooooo good… but… uh… doesn’t help with staying fit… does it!

    I love the fact that the guys on the Tour de France USED TO drink beer on the race as they rode… back in the day when they had no team support… it was basically a great energy drink… think about it… all those calories!
